Common areas were unclean and disappointing.

Cleaning standards certainly need to be tightened!!! The pool was down for repairs with no prior notice!!! It feels like management could take the cleanliness of common areas more seriously!!!

The bed was comfortable.

The cleaning standards were shockingly poor. Our room had noticeable dirt on the floor, and there were clumps of dog hair in the sheets, which made my stay very unpleasant. I reported these issues to the front desk, only to be met with indifference. they didn't even offer to change the sheets.

Consider utilizing personalized room service for breakfast, ensuring items meet dietary preferences and enhance your morning routine.

Staff were very welcoming , and the breakfast variety was impressive! The outdoor pool provided a nice spot to relax after exploring local attractions like distilleries and parks. 🏊‍♂️

The stay felt comfortable with a clean and well-maintained environment. Staff were very helpful, notably when a new mini fridge was replaced promptly. However, the fitness room had some unclean equipment and a lack of towels available. Additionally, despite the pleasant outdoor pool area, it was disappointing that common areas often seemed neglected. Mexican dishes at breakfast added a nice touch!

The hotel was super clean, and they quickly replaced our mini fridge when we needed it. We loved the relaxing outdoor pool and the cozy lounge area where we could unwind. The only thing was the bathroom could use a bit more attention, but it didn't impact our overall stay. I definitely recommend it! 😊

my stay was great as the hotel is just a few steps from scenic parks and the beautiful waterfront, making it easy for me to stroll around and soak in the landmarks of newport.

The fitness room had three treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights. I enjoyed having ample equipment to stay active. Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage, although they ran out of omelets. The bed felt great, and the room was spacious with a good layout. However, there were major cleanliness issues, like the overwhelming garbage in common areas and dirty floors. The fitness room lacked clean towels and the water cooler was empty, which left me frustrated. While the staff members were friendly, housekeeping needed to pay more attention to detail, as there were dust and some stains in our room. Despite the nice amenities in the room, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance really stood out during my stay.
